On the second day of my trip my curiosity also led me through some of the local the neighborhoods of Albuquerque, where I spotted a couple of weird and wacky homes that I couldn’t resist taking pictures of.  I wonder if these have been featured on HGTV’s Extreme Homes?

I had a very pleasant time during my short visit in the city of Albuquerque. It is not too small, and not too large. You can be pretty much anywhere in the city under twenty minutes or less. After I landed, we went to the Nob Hill district, Albuquerque’s original “main street” AKA Route 66.
